Liam was excellent!
Literally the worst experience ever. My truck is now in the shop for over 3 weeks and they’ve moved the completion time countless times, with no end in sight. If I’m driving a truck, I need a truck for a rental. Instead I get a tiny car. Me recommending Teslas stopped today.
I went there to pickup my Tesla model Y. The guy who I chat with had a great discussion with me about future upgrade for their shop services. He and I both thought about adding a car rinse or washing service for any Tesla owners who brought in their vehicle. He told me that unfortunately his manager didn't approve this due to the cost of time. Had a great experience here. Went in wanting to know more about the model y standard and all my questions and concerns were answered and they also gave me all the necessary information such as trade in process, used inventory, and also ordering new. Would highly recommended checking this place out if you are in the market for a Tesla or have any interests in them! Ask for Liam as he took exceptional care of me he was very kind, patient, and knowledgeable about their products and inventory!
