Excellent service, quick and friendly. Great staff.
I’m not impressed with the service center whatsoever. I bought a brand new model three brought it to PEI and it’s impossible to get them on the phone. Nothing is covered under warranty when my paint started to come off anyway I’ve now moved to Ontario in the service center in Oakville is so much better. It’s not even funny.
Great products but customer service is horrible. Drove 4.5 hours from NB to pick up Model Y on Dec 5. Arrived a bit earlier than scheduled appointment but ended up leaving 2.5hrs later. 1 person was tasked to deliver 5 vehicles at 1pm. How is this even possible? Vehicle had to be inspected outside in -16 degree weather without any assistance. Interior of the vehicle was dusty from transportation. A day later and front camera required cleaning. A week later window washer line was pinched. We are on a 3rd mobile tech appointme... read more
