I genuinely enjoy the vehicle itself, but my experience with this service center has been consistently disappointing. Over multiple visits, I've had to return for the same issues repeatedly, and on several occasions work that was specifically requested either wasn't completed or wasn't addressed correctly. Liam was excellent!
Literally the worst experience ever. My truck is now in the shop for over 3 weeks and they’ve moved the completion time countless times, with no end in sight. If I’m driving a truck, I need a truck for a rental. Instead I get a tiny car. Me recommending Teslas stopped today.
