If there is one thing I really dislike is when Service departments do not respect their customer time and use a service to try to excuse why it has taken so long when in reality they didn’t start working on my car at least one hour after my appointment was supposed to start. 2017 Tesla Model S brought in for autopilot issue vehicle slows down does not go with a flow of traffic. Tesla charges a $230 diagnostic fee. I agreed to. They troubleshooted added parts that would potentially fix it but didn't, now they want to charge another $200 dollars to escalate the troubleshooting without knowing if they can fix it. How about don't charge if you can't guarantee a solution! Doesn't sound like a worn out part sounds more like a Tesla problem and they want to charge the coustomer.
