Originally, I was planning on giving a 3–4 star rating, but my most recent experience completely changed that. My service advisor, Joshua W., was incredibly knowledgeable, honest, and helpful throughout the entire process. I explained to him that I was frustrated about needing service again after already spending a significant amount during my last visit. These guys know what customer service truly is. Such a breathe of fresh air the Tesla experience is. Im simply not going back
Evidently their service department drives around in a cyber truck with the word service on the side. I only discovered this after one almost hit me to avoid rear-ending a city bus. I called the location at the phone number listed online and was routed to a call center in another state. I was informed that they don't even answer their own phones at that location. Absolutely absurd that they have employees driving in such a manner
