Save yourself time, money, and frustration, I strongly recommend finding a reputable independent Tesla service technician instead of relying on Tesla service. I came here after a dismissive hyundai dealer didn’t want my business. I simply just wanted to test drive a car today. Tesla, unlike the hyundai dealer, did not require a credit check for a test drive. Khalil in particular was the best representative i’ve ever met. I came in simply wanting to test drive a car, and i left with wanting that car in the future. Customer service is not that good they need to be more useful and helpful.
