I purchasea a used 2018 Model X Monday the 13th, which was locked in Valet mode. Tesla customer support wouldn't give me the pin code to clear it so that I could begin the ownership transfer to me, so I had to hack it using the screen keypad, it's 0852 BTW. I set my Tesla account using the phone app, but could not access the Tesla charger network because the previous owner owed a balance. Called customer service, they told me to go to the Tesla dealership, who told me they can't fix it, and to call roadside assistance. Very ... read more

Diego is by far the best sales advisor at this location. He was so kind, knowledgeable, and personable when I went in for my demo drive. I felt confident purchasing my new Model Y because of his incredible patience and support. He deserves a raise AND a promotion!!!

This location isn’t the problem but Tesla’s customer service is absolutely terrible after you buy a car. I had an issue after a lease turn in and it took months of me sending an email or calling daily. Then I finally got a response which basically said I was out of luck. So fast to help when buying, impossible to contact with problems. Not sure if I’ll buy another.
