Tesla has horrible customer service. I had a tire puncture and was quoted a price over the phone. Based on that quote, I had my car towed to the service center. Afterward, I was sent a written estimate, which I approved, and then waited all day only to be told later that the quote was incorrect. This is the second time I’ve had a bad experience with Tesla service. For such a large company with a big name, their service department is extremely disorganized and unreliable.
