They were all gung ho to sell me a car, but post sales contact, ZERO. I have text and called 8 times, needing a call back, and no one will call me. Time to return the vehicle, as I am within that grace period.

They were also super quick to answer any questions I had and were very patient. If you’re considering a Tesla, definitely swing by; you won’t regret it. It’s the best car I’ve ever owned! Mr. Lance and Ms. Ruby were especially kind and helpful with me throughout the process! 100% recommend trying a Tesla — you won’t regret it!

I’ve come in twice now READY to buy a tesla but it seems like nobody wants to do their damn job, both times I walked in the front door and stood there for about 20 minutes with 0 acknowledgment from anyone. What’s the point of a dealership if no dealers are even attempting to sell a car? Is it laziness? I’m genuinely confused I’ve never left a review on anything in my life nor have I been so pissed off by pure incompetence
