Review for Tesla Bartlett, TN – Jessica I called today to inquire before reserving a lease on a Tesla. Unfortunately, my experience with Jessica, who answered the call, was very disappointing. She seemed frustrated and uninterested in helping, repeatedly doubting the information I referenced directly from Tesla’s own website. I see alot of bad reviews about this service center so I was afraid to trust them with my car but they did a great job replacing my PCS. Only issue is they are trying to deny warranty trying to blame the failure because aftermarket parts were in the car. But it’s above this service center so I don’t hold it against them. They provided me with a loaner and were polite and returned my vehicle clean and charged at my request. I filed a claim with the NCDS to arbitrate for warranty repair. $3200 repair needs to be covered under ... read more
My new Model Y mobile charger was not working properly. I called Tesla to report the problem and they emailed me a link to the website to report it! They set me up a Mobile Service appointment and a service technician name JOSH came to my house and brought me a new charger. Josh was extremely nice and helpful in making sure the new charger was working correctly! He even gave me some tips and advice on my new Tesla!
The most dense collection of employees that have no ideas what they are doing. Over promising and not delivering is what to expect here. Make this a pick up location if you have to get a Tesla and do everything away from the people in this dealership. Something shady is going on..
