My recent service experience was a very nice one. Made an appointment to have a chip in my windshield fixed. Made the appointment via the app, but had some questions, which were answered professionally and expeditiously by Daniel via the app. On drop off day, followed the app instructions and checked in with Diana, who was very friendly and helpful. The Memphis TN Tesla Dealership misinformed me about using my referral benefits when I purchased my Model Y in 2025. I wanted to use my referral link my friend sent to me for 3 month free FSD in June 2025, the girl at Tesla told me that I cannot use it on the new Y (Which is untrue). I trusted her and placed my order, only a day later I found out that I CAN apply the 3 month free FSD. I called the store, she denied that she was wrong. Service was great..the drop was a little confusing for a first timer.
Have been searching for a 2026 model y for a couple weeks. Tried using the online inventory system that seems to be horribly inaccurate in comparison with what the advisors says that is in stock for immediate delivery.. Now this is where it 's making us change our minds about getting a Tesla we setup a demo drive thru the app twice and got a confirmed appointment time neither time did we have a car available to demo drive.
