It shouldn't take two months to get a passenger door to open. No return calls. Same day rescheduling and we live over 209 mi. away
This Tesla is a joke!!! I scheduled a 48 hr demo over a month ago since it was the first available time. Now less than 24 hrs before and 15 minutes before they close I get a voicemail saying they don’t offer 48 hr demos here. Wow only confirmed with Tesla two days ago to make sure everything was good and they had all my info needed. Why would I want to spend money with a company that can’t get there crap together. I bought a used 2023 Model Y here in early June. The delivery representatives were very responsive and explained things well. The delivery instructions from the app were a little misleading and told me to find the car in the parking lot instead of going to the desk. It seems like a good car, so far with no significant issues except for the road noise, which I’m told is inherent to the model Ys made before the Juniper model. In April of this year, I took my Tesla to the shop in Memphis for repairs and initially received an estimate of $1,600. However, as time went on, the estimates kept rising—first to $4,000, then to $10,000, and finally to an astonishing $20,000. Feeling overwhelmed, I approved the estimate of $10,000, hoping that would resolve the issue. Unfortunately, the Tesla agent informed me that my car was deemed unrepairable.
