Traveled 7-8 hours to take delivery of my car. Took 15-20 min before I was assisted and I did seem to be a bother.
Great car. Poor service center. 8AM appointment but doors didn’t open until 8:20. Could see them back there in a meeting. A “fix” on one issue lasted one day. Then I was Charged for an issue maintenance could not duplicate while under warranty. After I asked to be consulted with prior to charging me. No manager to speak with (they were on vacation and apparently didn’t delicate authority to anyone). Sorry. No way to get your car unless you pay now. Nothing we can do. So sorry. Go elsewhere if you can.
I had a service appointment at Tesla today, and Dave and the crew were absolutely amazing. Everyone was professional, friendly, and very helpful throughout the entire process. Dave made sure all of my concerns were addressed and kept me updated every step of the way. The whole team went above and beyond to make my experience smooth and stress-free. Excellent customer service all around — thank you again to Dave and the Tesla crew for taking such great care of me!
Purchased a Tesla Model S in Sept 2025—it’s now May 2026 and I still don’t have a title. The DMV rejected Tesla’s paperwork due to missing odometer information, and Tesla never fixed it or notified me. I had to find that out myself. I’ve emailed the person who handled my paperwork—no response, and calls go nowhere. I’m now on my 3rd extension with my lender (Navy Federal) because Tesla still hasn’t provided the title, and this is starting to affect my loan.
