If you haven’t had the pleasure of dealing with the Tesla service experience consider yourself lucky. I’d never make the mistake of purchasing another Tesla just for this alone. Service centers will get your interior dirty, forget things, scratch your car, apparently not replace 2 broken clips and loose 5 bolts that hold your bumper. This started with a warranty headlight replacement, turned into a paint chip repair after they damaged the paint on install of the new light, then a return appointment because I noticed the bump... read more
Reserved a 48 hour test drive 6 weeks in advance. Called the morning of to confirm. Showed up and was told my test drive was only an hour. Waste of time.
Great Customer Service! Came and left in less than 30 minutes with my new car! Definitely recommend everyone to go to this wonderful dealership!
