Greatly appreciate the service center communication and understanding when it came to our drivers seat squeaking and needing replaced. We knew it would take a couple of drop offs to get the issue resolved but they made sure we were in the know of the process of getting the new seat replaced. I even left my purse in a loaner vehicle over 24hours and they were able to track it down and set it aside for me to pick up the next day. Thank you for your understanding and making these visits smooth for us.
