Discussing Service team actions and customer focused actions. I brought my car to the repair shop under warranty, expecting it to be fixed. However, when I returned, I found that the damage had worsened in the areas where they hadn’t even worked on it. I scheduled a second appointment, but they took my car and did nothing to it.
