I’ve been a loyal customer here, but my most recent experience has completely changed my opinion of this dealership. In late July, I brought my car in for a vibration in the steering wheel. They told me a front wheel was bent, so I replaced it. A week later, the same issue came back, and they said a rear wheel was bent—so I replaced that one too. Disappointed Longtime Tesla Owner – $3,700 HVAC Failure at Under 35K Miles I’ve been a loyal Tesla customer and this is now my third Tesla—but it’s likely to be my last. I've had a great experience with the Tesla Service Center in Fife. The staff in the service department are incredibly kind, helpful, and professional. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend this location!
