This is my first tesla experience. Bottom line - If the car has scratches or paint chips DO NOT accept the car. You will spends weeks dealing with poor communication and terrible service. Car was not there at my scheduled time, turns out they were fixing a dent. It showed up shortly after my appointment time with multiple paint chips down the passenger side. This one drove me on I-5 for my first FSD ride. Awesome! Bought a white one and James made the experience easy and efficient.
I like Tesla's technology.I spent a 1/2 hour on the showroom floor not one person said hi to me.I also cut through the shop on the way.In and out of the building again , not one person said hi to me.
Really should have used vehicles here for sale.
