They do a decent job, and service is pretty fast. Once they had forgotten to put back a seatbelt latch, but after clarifying with them and showing them photos of the situation, they ended up not charging for the work to put it back. The mobile service is a great feature, and is really convenient, taking the hassle out of dropping off the car and all the time it takes. With the time saved, it feels pretty worth it.
The new self driving cars are out of this world. They drive and park themselves. A must try for anyone with elderly parents who need some extra help behind the wheel.
Got service from here a while back, and noticed my seat belt latch was missing; but had been a while since I had it serviced (since no one had used the middle seat, it wasn’t apparent). I notified them via the app that it was missing and they are charging me for the work for them to fix their mistake. So, they do decent work, but expect that they will make mistakes and charge you for it.
So took my 2020 Tesla Model 3 Perfomance in to have ALL of my batteries tested a few months ago...got back an A OK report that they were all in working order and good to go. Then what do you know all of a sudden my car has a warning appear not even a couple months later that I need to immediately take my car in for service as one of batteries is bad.....$200+ dollars later and Tesla says "oh we didn't test that battery" are you kidding me?????
