Service with a smile and everything that you would expect from the top-notch service area. Super fast service considering the work that needed to be done Tesla service is always friendly. Fife is super great. Makes me feel like I am the only person who needs help. Much appreciated.
I called the service department with an inquiry and was immediately placed on hold, 20 mins later I had to terminate the call because the receptionist never came back. What has happened to customer service - are we paying more for things these days, to poorer service than ever.
