Drove 2 hours for a scheduled appointment to have the rubbing noise on the tire looked at and the motor changed on the power seat. They only fixed the seat and didn’t bother to even look at the tires or investigate the sound. Great now I get to drive another 2 hours and hope the rubbing doesn’t lead to a blow out. Thanks for nothing. Will never return to Kitchener Tesla

I went to pick up pre ordered parts up from this location. Was basically heckled and mocked about how this was not how the service worked. When I tried to explain the process to the advisor he got quite heated with me. I asked him if we could start over and work toward a resolution on friendlier terms, as his attitude was immediately defensive.
