I’m really disappointed with a recent experience at the Tesla Service Center on Victoria Street in Kitchener, and I feel like I’ve run out of options — so I’m posting this in hopes someone will actually listen and help. Very bad service from the customer service named Zaid at waterloo tesla. Very rude and unprofessional. Please avoid this store and don’t buy any car or do any service at here
After what our friend over at the head of tesla discussed earlier, this Company should not exist in Canada. True North Strong baby
Would give zero if we could. After our service Tesla reps left our driver side window down and left the car unlocked overnight. It was parked roadside. Lucky there was no rain and it doesn’t appear that anyone entered the vehicle we will never know. The lack of care is astounding. Service manager shrugged it off when we mentioned it.
