Poor workmanship and incompetent service team. I spent $4000 in getting heat issue fixed which is not fixed properly and the technician delivered the car with loose battery terminals and parking sensors were damaged as well. Good thing about Tesla car is that you have everything in record (no errors before). On follow up with proper proof of these errors service team/manager is not ready to accept their fault and justified nothing has happened because of the job done on the car. Visited this place yesterday, met Nikhil- impressed with customer service , very knowledgeable and patiently answered all the questions and helped me choose my car that fits my needs. Also Jared was a great help for other formalities like paperwork , documents and explained me about the expectations with car delivery etc.
Great experience at Tesla Kitchener! Jared and Nikhil were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. They took the time to clearly explain the Model Y and answered all my questions without any pressure. The overnight test drive was a fantastic touch—it really helped me understand the car in real-world conditions. Overall, a smooth and positive experience.
