Brought my Model 3 in for warranty issue with leaking oil from rear motor. They tried to charge me to replace the oil saturated undertray. They did not install this tray properly - missing a bolt. They did not clean the oil from the underbody of the car and it continued to leak on the ground. Not very environmentally friendly for an electric car company... once I picked up my car in the evening after the repair, immediate on screen notification that park assist is unavailable. Horrible service department. They do not answer the phone. They pick it up say hold please, then leave you on hold until you hang up. Recently after the 3rd hangup I called and was on hold for 70 minutes. I drove to the service department and no one in service was on the phone, however the phone handset was face down on the desk with my call on hold.
