Zahid is the Best service advisor I have ever had and my experience is super excellent. I got Model 3 and had an issue with battery dropping the range super quick. My stress level was so high Zahid helped by quickly taking vehicle in the service centre and I felt so light my stress was blown away and he even helped with everything needed and got my battery replaced under warranty. Huge thanks to the whole Team of Tesla Kitchener. Keep up the Great work Zahid ✌️

I have a 2022 model 3. Perfect condition and I love it. I needed new tires and booked an appointment. Car was running great without any issue. They put brand new tires on. Less than 12 hours after the tire change, the TPMS sensor stopped functioning. I figured that this was quite the coincidence that the TPMS failure lined up perfectly with the tire change.
