Took a test drive today. The car parked and we're not drive or recognize the temporary virtual key. Salesperson did not give me their name or phone number before a test drive. I was stuck in a 105° heat. Waiting on the phone for customer service for over an hour. When the dealership wouldn't even pick up the phone in service or in sales. I had an excellent experience with this dealership from beginning to end. The customer service was outstanding, and the entire process was smooth and stress-free. My vehicle was ready for pickup when I arrived, and all of the car’s features were thoroughly explained to me. Amazing group of people that run the service desk here.
I am changing my review to give them five stars because when I needed to use them a second time things were much more smoother and they helped me out quite a bit so they got five stars for changing a Tesla windshield within a day and doing it well!
Jason always takes great care of me and I appreciate him and his team greatly for the patience they continually show. Their workmanship has always been thorough and they address what is of concern any time I’ve been in. Thank you guys!
