Pickup process for a used Model 3 that I ordered online was extremely smooth thanks to Adam. Purchased the car while I was in Arizona intending to bring the car back to California and register it here. Adam was great about answering all of my questions and working with me through the process. If I'm ever in the area again looking for a new Tesla, I definitely know where I'm coming and who I'll be working with.

We were trying to buy a Tesla today. To keep this short and to the point. Our salesman wasn't trying to sell us one. We had no idea what to do once we were in this thing. When the vehicle was on the A/C never cooled down anything but the front seats. While on our drive we pulled over to figure out the controls and found the self driving mode which the salesman told us was functional - it wasn't.
