Warning to any potential Arizona Tesla buyers: they do NOT last in the heat here. I've had my model 3 for almost 4 years living in California and never had any issues. Every year I come to AZ and the pos car LITERALLY starts to fall apart. The front aero shield just falls off in the heat causing other complications. They say my 12v can't be retrofitted to the new lithium so my 12v is just going to keep dying and killing my ac compressor. Ongoing issue that they ignore you on the app. ALEXA is unable to do the simple job of communicating with customers. I WOULD NOT BUY A NEW TESLA BECAUSE OF THIS. The lack of any any customer service is scary.
Service department was helpful and nice about it. However, I asked someone on the sales side about a test drive and she didn't seem to care much. She had me fill out the form for test driving and went to find the vehicle. Several minutes later she can back and said she couldn't find it and its location services weren't working so its battery was probably dead. And that was that, she just looked at me until I decided to leave. Not a good look Tesla.
