I really love the new Model Y we bought a year ago. This Model y w/ Third Row Package has improved us on the road through out the states. Tesla, you have finally succeeded during this mission!

Apparently a simple oil change takes 7 hours.. with a scheduled appointment. They said they can get me a loaner vehicle but then they would have to prioritize other work and wouldn’t be able to guarantee the work will be done today. On top of charging me $45 per day for a rental. Completely unacceptable. If you can take your Tesla elsewhere, you should.

It's a different atmosphere than a dealership. Seems like everyone there was service related. Took a while to talk to a "salesperson" about an extended test drive. Drove a CyberTruck for about an hour, went looking for a dirt road. The one I found was nicer than MOST paved roads.

I’ve owned my Tesla for about six years and have spent thousands of dollars maintaining it. When the Grand Rapids Service Center opened, I was excited — finally, I wouldn’t have to drive all the way to Detroit for service. Unfortunately, over the years, my experiences here have been extremely inconsistent.
