Service Department is terrible. Entitled employees that treat customers like crap. This has happened to me on numerous occasions. Service advisors don’t have a clue what is going on.
Tesla has been a thorn in my side and so I will do my part to ensure that people are warned about this company. I purchased a 26 Model Y that Tesla cancelled — citing fraud, and then never explaining why. It makes absolutely no sense. They took my 2k down payment along with my 250 dollar order and did not respond for weeks..leaving me to harass each showroom about the order who didn’t have a clue about what they could do and refusing to give names, emails, or departments within Tesla that can address the issue.
