Great staff
I am a first time Tesla owner. I bought a 2026 Y Performance and have been 100% happy with it! Matt did an outstanding job guiding me in the right direction on which model to get and Keenan detailed my car to perfection! Customer service has been amazing. The funny thing is that I bought the Performance model for the driving experience, but I love FSD so much that I ended up using FSD 95% of the time.
First of all they had my car in for over 7 days and when the repairs were complete (just shy of $5,000.00) 3 weeks later I am having the exact same issues. Apparently the Tesla service team also tries to get out of doing any repairs that they can’t make a lot of money on. They said that “they’ll look into it and do it this one time”. How generous of them to actually back up the half ass job they did in the first place.
