Love the Tesla technology, but customer service is well below acceptable for a customer base purchasing $100k+ cars. Were Tesla not so unique, i would be looking at conpetitors - they are abusing this position IMO. Multiple failures of windows and doors don't seem to raise any concerns for them. Bought a $120k Model X and they dont even give u a fob cover (or offer to send one): They told me to go look in Amazon- really?! As an aside, idle charges that never existed when i bought my first Model S being charged retroactively ... read more
