RecommendedJust got my 2013 P85 Tesla back from Rocklin service center. Had dropped it off due to clicking coming from the rear half shafts when accelerating/decelerating. Also mentioned to them I had an increasing hum from the rear at speeds over 80. Initially they said they might have trouble with that as they can't drive if over the speed limit for testing. Ended up with axle/hubs being lubricated and nuts replaced, side motor mount replaced (due to heavy wear) and a new drive motor (still had original). Total cost out of warranty, ... read more
I highly recommend Rocklin Tesla. My wife works at Sutter in the emergency room. When covid virus hit Sacramento . Hospitals were having a shortage of respirators. Rocklin Tesla stepped up to the plate and donated there stock of N95 respirators . Hats off to Tesla, thank you for doing your part to ensure my wife and her coworkers have have respirators in the ER
Service is horrible. Very frustrating. So far I love my Tesla S but will drive farther to a Tesla service department just to avoid having to deal with them. It's definitely not about the customer. Very disappointed. You spend over $110k for a vehicle and you get sh$% on!

Poor customer service upon delivery of the car (Nov 2018). The salesperson could barely spend 15 minutes with us. For a car with such advanced technology and a fairly high price this "leave it up to the customer to figure it out" attitude is a bunch of malarkey. The car (Model 3) is nice but Tesla Rocklin is not. I am not sure if I would ever buy another Tesla just because of the lousy customer service.

I was just visiting tesla.com website and all of sudden they charge my account $2500 for deposit of a new car.
Worst worst customer service experience I've ever had. I try to reschedule me 30 minutes before my appointment even though I drove 3 hours to get there. They had no loaner cars only an option to rent cars from Enterprise ice cars. I had to get a hotel room because I didn't want drive 6 more hours. I had to walk to the hotel two miles away. But the real slap in the face is there detail they basically wiped nothing down vacuumed nothing and left tons of water spots all over the car.
