Went to the store yesterday to test drive the Model 3 and Kyle was amazing and a huge help! He walked us through the new features of the refreshed design and was extremely knowledgeable about the car. During the walk to the car, he answered our general questions about pricing, charging, etc. Overall, it was a great experience and Kyle went the extra mile in helping us feel comfortable and understanding the features and process!
Kyle was so helpful today! He made the process so easy and was extremely knowledgeable. We got to test drive the model Y and he explained everything in great detail to make us feel comfortable. Thank you again Kyle and we are excited for our new car!
This store has one of the worst customer service ever, I had an appointment October 2nd 2024 at 11am for a demo drive ( model Y demo drive underJason ). I'm calling the number provided and never received a call back from these salespeople. Every Tesla location I called they responded but this location.... Never. So I don't know what's going on. I'm thinking about whether I should just go ahead and cancel my appointment or do something else with it. I hope this review will warn other people about doing a demo at this location... read more
Worst experience . Ordered Tesla 3 with the finance model that fit with what we were looking for Then we get a message indicating our delivery is now delayed to Oct and all terms will now change - ok we get that So we go in to discuss our options The salesperson Hilary was totally clueless . She was talking in circles despite us clearly explaining what our needs were. Will not return to this location. The employee Drew rudely barked "no it's locked" when I politely ask him to see the inside of the Tesla truck. No explanation or follow thru. Awful customer service.
