had a really terrible experience. my advice is not to bother coming here at all and if you do just keep your recorder on and record everything because they will say something and they will switch it on you. they are respectful but be very careful. also my advice is to keep all your records because if you don't, they can print anything and tell you that you signed it even when there is no signature
Kevin was great in setting us up with a test drive and answering numerous questions. The signage marking the driveway could be a little more obvious, but it was not difficult to find.
Nice waiting area for service. Love the low-touch interactions via app instead of having to wait in line for a service agent.
