Tesla service was overall just ok for my general maintenance appointment. My company uses the Wheels program, and getting authorization/payment approved can be incredibly time consuming. Marie explained that the staff “don’t have the bandwidth” to sit on hold handling that process — which honestly feels like exactly the type of issue management should be helping solve, not pushing back on.
