The service department bent over backwards for my friend and I while on a trip where our rig broke down. They were pleasant and prompt to deal with. They really helped us get back on the road so we didn't fall behind. Their service manager also went out of his way to help us with a problem in the trunk that was unrelated to the reason for the tow. Thank you! Our whole experience on this road trip changed my opinions about Tesla and those of my friend. We are very likely to purchase a Tesla product in the future.
