Horrifically bad in almost every way. Service is a joke. 2-3 weeks to get an appointment and then you show up to get your car at the agreed upon time BUT they never got to your car because they "were too busy". If you have 2 issues you need to make separate appointments for each one, making sure that problem 1 gets fixed before issue #2, while you wait weeks for each individual appointment. Outstanding staff, very helpful. Had a couple winter tire swaps, always had a loaner for me. Even for short drops.
Do not come here if you are looking to buy a Tesla. Very unhelpful staff. They will tell you whatever you want to here to get you to apply and then you’ll find out after the application that there were extra costs not shared with you, and by then you’ve already paid a $250 deposit. Very poor communication when trying to make adjustments to the initial order as advised. Ultimately I ended up cancelling my order because of the misinformation and lack of communication. Wow wow, I deliver auto parts to Tesla dealerships and repairs in Front Range area. I absolutely give and receive respect and courtesy at all 8 stops I see daily. Today actually kinda ticked me off at Broadway Tesla dealership !!!!! Originally I asked where I could use a restroom, respect to the dealership I always ask first… Today I had been running 2 hours to my stops and didn’t have time to stop to use a restroom.
