Charged excessive amount $330 for the PBS item which other chemist shops are selling for $130.. no refund no politeness in accepting the unethical charges!! It’s disgusting!
The customer service is ridiculous. Having staff follow customers around like a bunch of dogs. It makes customers feel uncomfortable, I ended up leaving and spending my money at Priceline upstairs instead, which also is more affordable. Re-train your staff on people skills or hire a security guard to stand by the door. I do NOT recommend and never going there again.
