The customer service is ridiculous. Having staff follow customers around like a bunch of dogs. It makes customers feel uncomfortable, I ended up leaving and spending my money at Priceline upstairs instead, which also is more affordable. Re-train your staff on people skills or hire a security guard to stand by the door. I do NOT recommend and never going there again.

I asked for the cheapest generic medicines but I ended up paying for more than $60 for 4 medicines, and I found out that I can get these from Chemist Warehouse for at least $40. With my usual medicine brands, I'll spend max of $50 and that's rounded off. Could have bought lunch from that $60 bucks. 🥺😭
I receive exceptional service from all the great staff. They really look after me and are always courteous and friendly.
