Very dissapointed with the service from the female Chinese staff. She doesn't know what should be the priority. I came there just to top up my metro card, which might just take 1 minute. There was one lady came before me and has been waiting for a while. There was 1 men came after me and the lady for the lotto and 1 men came for delivery but she chose to solve their problem first and keep working on the delivery for the store instead of taking care of the guest.
