Terry failed to notify me of a termite renewal on a house. When I asked about it, he refused to reinstate the contact. He refused to even offer the services to provide a new contract. This was after 15 years of being his customer. I'm very disappointed that I got shrugged off this way. He used to be easy to deal with and I felt like he treated me fairly. I guess things changed.
