Terry’s Secure Storage is very kind and professional. We rented a U-Haul from them last year and needed one again this year so we went right back to Terry’s. Highly recommend them for storage and moving.
My parents had a storage unit at Terry’s for several years. All went well until recently. After my mother passed away, my dad and I cleaned out the storage room mid-December, 2023. We went to the office, told Megan we had emptied it and put the lock/key on the counter. I asked her if we needed to sign anything to stop the automatic payments and she said, “No I’ll stop them.” However, they continued to bill us for 2 months and now will not reimburse my dad the $120 they owe him.
