I would not recommend using this facility as they are too worried about insurance than solving an issue !! I called to schedule a new patient appointment and talked to a Michelle she made me get my card to see if it indicated a ppo or hmo. When it was neither as I had already told her my insurance doesn’t require me to have a referral she then asked someone who was unfamiliar with some one having insurance without a ppo or hmo & she then wanted me to call the insurance and ask them. Wonderful doc!
I took my daughter for a new patient appointment with Dr. Giles. The girl working the front desk, by the name of Kelle was absolutely unprofessional and disrespectful. I don't even see how they have her working in a professional setting let alone the front desk, where you're the first person patients see before we even see the physician. I would call her a lady but she was anything but. She was down right rude and very combative. I highly recommend Dr. Giles! My father had seen so many other doctors and they could not heal my father like Dr. Giles has. Dr. Giles is very knowledgeable and staff is very friendly, and has taken priority in my father’s case. She genuinely cares about her patients!
