What a nightmare experience, my father has built a solid relationship with Tim for almost 15years, one staff on Friday afternoon and two on Sunday afternoon managed to destroy the relationship of a loyal customer ever returning. After a lengthy consult on Friday afternoon about commencing Webster packs for the month then advised to return on Sunday to pick up medications at 2pm packed for use, the two incompetent staff on Sunday said there's no such order. Brilliant pharmacy and staff. Tim answered three seperate phone calls from me and patiently answered all my questions about our family’s upcoming vaccinations.
