I left work early especially to make it to this pharmacy near where I live. Whoever the on duty pharmacist was at 6:15pm Monday 2 Feb - shame on you. I was in tears because of the pain and requested over the counter medicine. She said she didn’t have time to do a full consultation of 15-20 mins and also cash up so refused service. The pharmacy closed at 7pm so there was enough time.
