Word can’t describe how much the law firm has helped me over the years. From my initial divorce to getting more time with my children it been a stressful but easy process thanks to them. If you are looking for a divorce attorney who will drag out your case to bill more hours, refuse to file appropriate paperwork and go on a sabbatical in the middle of a case and stop responding to emails, Kris Hufstetler is the attorney for you. He will bill you $1000 an hour for your case and opposing counsel will still come out ahead. He will waste billable hours on pointless depositions and refuse to settle. Good communication, great staff, very polite and informative. However in regards to my case I don’t think they handle it to the best of my interests or my children’s. It was more what’s best in the interest of the opposing party and what is the easiest to get the case closed. Very unhappy with the outcome I payed close to 10,000.00 or more and in debt just to get a passport form to be singed (that I just found out I could’ve gotten passports with out it) and to communicate through an app of the opposing party’s choosing.
