Dr Summers is the best dentist that my grandson has ever had. At first, he was afraid of going to the dentist but he became excited whenever we'd come back for his scheduled appointment. I always recommend Dr Summers to my friends and family as he is really patient with kids.
RecommendedDr Summers and the whole staff are the best in town! They are so good in managing kids during the whole appointment. My niece went out smiling as they are all so nice and they give a goodie bag at the end of the appointment.
Dr Summers and staff are very helpful in making sure my child feels safe and comfortable going to the dentist.
From our oldest to our youngest the team at the Childrens Dentist have always been awesome with them. Terry is amazing with the kids and really develops a trust with them when it comes to doing work and giving them advice. Recommend this place to our friends all the time. The older kids get called back on their own and the parents can accompany the little ones. This helps the older ones develop a sense of self responsibility when it comes to their teeth. Terrible customer service! the lady at the front desk scolded me for not remembering instructions told me 3 months ago, and I never recieve reminder calls, not a big deal unless there is safety information that needs to be reiterated. I was belittled and told I was a bad mother for not remembering. Her finger was wagged at me like she has some authority over me. the way she spoke to me was embarrassing and uncalled for. it was purely the way she spoke to me and her body language that escalated the situation. Our youngest daughter has been seeing Dr Summers since she was 6 months old, She is now 7 years old & absolutely loves going to the dentist! She is the most emotionally & physically sensitive of our children, but she has been going in for her cleanings & exams since she turned 3 years old without us & has done great to our surprise. They were even able to do all her sealants without any fuss!
My niece and nephew had the best experience for kids who don’t like going to the dentist. Highly recommended!
