I have been taking my kids to Dr. Summers for about 18 yrs. All 5 of my kiddos love going to see him. He is a very caring and gentle dentist to go to. Plus we love the staff all of them are sweet and have great patience with their patients. We highly recommend to see Dr. Summers for a great dental experience. Plus the kids love the goody bags with the toothbrush, floss, stickers and sometimes a little trinket toy after their teeth cleanings. Dr. Summers and the staff are great. Have been coming here with my boys for at least 8 years or longer and have never had any issues. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to answer any questions you may have. Definitely recommend coming here.

Just like what I mentioned on my other post, Dr Summers and his staff are the best dental people in town! They are so good in managing kids during the whole appointment. Some people have really bad feedback about their policy of not allowing the parents to be with the kids who are 4 and up and I think it's a good policy because most kids do better without their parents inside so they can't throw a fit.

Terrible customer service! the lady at the front desk scolded me for not remembering instructions told me 3 months ago, and I never recieve reminder calls, not a big deal unless there is safety information that needs to be reiterated. I was belittled and told I was a bad mother for not remembering. Her finger was wagged at me like she has some authority over me. the way she spoke to me was embarrassing and uncalled for. it was purely the way she spoke to me and her body language that escalated the situation.
