Second time using Terry Hughes, both good experiences and competitive pricing.
We had a ten year old tree removed. Overall everything went good. I gave 4 stars only because we didn't know we'd have to wait a few days for a separate person to do the stump grind. That wasn't made clear to us. Also after the stump grind we noticed they missed a root sticking up out of the ground. We had to dig that out. Otherwise were happy with your service and will be purchasing a new tree in the fall groom you!
Amazing. Price was great, service and work was even better. The crew was great at their job and even better at cleaning up. Could not be happier!
I hired this company to remove a 40-year-old cottonwood tree from my back yard -- not an easy task. I was impressed from start to finish with the group of guys working on this project. They were prompt, hard working, courteous, and safety conscious with every step. There was one guy up in the tree methodically cutting the limbs. branches, and trunk (I don't want his job), and several others on the ground who immediately began clean up when the limbs fell. Worked there 4 years .Loved the first 3 and a half. The owners dont or dont wanna see what goes on out in the field. People getting jealous of how far you are coming. Your up a tree ,come down and do your own ground work while others stand around. Its great for three years.After that you probably wont move up unless the others quit. "I will say we did a good job of satisfying costomers.....if the crew leader listened to the trimmer when mistakes were pointed out.
The wait between estimate and actual work was about a month, to be expected, I guess. In that month's time Hughes neglected to contact OPPD to drop a line to complete their work so another month went by for work to be completed. On "OPPD day" it was raining so they said they would reschedule. Another month went by and we contacted them to see if the work was going to be finished-came out the next day and did the work WITHOUT OPPD.
