They are removing a tree in a neighbors yard and blocking the circle. This allowed no access to the other four houses in the circle. The young man was picking up tree limbs and branches with a large piece of equipment. I get that but when he was finished I walked within 5 feet of him,because I had to park down the street, and he did not apologize or say we’ll be done soon...nothing. Great tree service.Very responsive. Called and they had an Arborist (Todd) out within days to advise me about my tree. The following week their crew was ready to prune my tree. The crew was on time and was courteous and professional. When finished they cleaned up my property and checked in to make sure I wasuu satisfied. Kudos to the foreman, Dustin and his crew. I highly recommend Terry Hughes Tree Service and will use them again.
Terry Hughes Service needs to be held accountable for not securing loads properly causing personal damage to vehicles which could have caused bodily injuries. Luckily there was no injuries as a 8-10 inch log fell out of an unsecured load hitting the windshield. Wouldn’t recommend them to anyone due to irresponsibility, taking no action, and saying it is their workers word against ours. Would give 0 stars if I could!
Crews are friendly and knowledgeable. They do great work. I appreciate their suggestions regarding landscaping and keeping the trees healthy and safely pruned.
Great job in cutting down tree and grinding the tree stump. Left the yard in great shape. Very happy with service!
