Very insightful and professional
Staff is absolutely wonderful and accommodating.
Withholding medicine to satisfy his over inflated ego. Sent in the wrong prescription of ANTI-PSYCHOTICS waiting till the very last day to respond to the inquiry from the pharmacy. I went in to resolve the issue for my wife who was in bed due to not having been able to take her medicine after trying for a week. I was asked to leave the office and was threatened that the patient, my wife, would be “fired” for me trying to resolve the issue that the office created. Very unstable place to find heal
Does not listen to what you have to say just a glorified pill pusher. No compassion or warmth will never go back again.
Good: On time. Easy to schedule appointments. Bad: Gives up on patients who he thinks are "too hard". Can't even recommend other psychiatrists "Doesn't know any" Should've stayed a neurosurgeon, he was probably better at that.
DO NOT GO TO HIS PRACTICE, he will make your anxiety and depression worse. He is VERY RUDE, does not want you to talk to him at all. He does not want to know how you are doing, nor does he care if the medicine HE DECIDES, is working or not. He wants no feedback. His appointment slots are 10 mins, which he only spends just enough time to print your RX’s out of his printer then he sees you to the door, so may be in his office for about 3 mins. He has NO compassion for you. Just wants the money.
I have seen Dr. Hagan for 2 years now for depression & ADHD. I have only positive words for Dr. Hagan & his staff. They have always been kind, understanding, & helpful whenever I have needed anything. Dr. Hagan has always taken the time to understand my body's reaction to medications, & every time I've needed to adjust my medication/dosage he has been wonderful at figuring out the most effective combination(s). Bad reviews: Patients here are seeking mental health care. They're likely unstable.
This guy is a complete jerk. He is so rude and unprofessional. I could not believe how he and his office manager spoke to me at my first, and only, visit. I was in shock (still am) and could not believe that someone who is supposed to help people could be so mean.
Arrogant and has his Staff Do his job so he doesn't have to spend much time with his patients. I don't recommend.
