I rarely write negative reviews but this was hands down the worst chiropractic office I've ever gone to. Dr. Duff and Dr. Natalie are nice people, but they are complete scam artists. Dr. Duff spent over an hour with me in the initial consult and guaranteed me that all of my symptoms would improve if I follow his 40 session program. Quite the sales-pitch, $3000 later. Several months ago my 3 year old daughter fell extremely hard on her chin. We were so concerned with the extensive dental issues, we didn't realize her neck was injured too. After two months of having a different daughter, she wasn't very well behaved anymore she complained about her neck hurting. We realized this was not a phase but a connection to her injury. Spoke with the lady up front on the phone. I can't remember her name at this time. She answered a few of my question. When I asked her about my insurance to see if they take it she proceeded to tell me that they take almost everything but HMO. I said that I have a PPO and she said that it would still be out of network fees. I asked her how if they take PPO. I said if it's going to be out of network then I would want to go to someone in network? she said and I quote with attitude " Well there you go" and hung up.
