I’ve had an agonizing shoulder injury for 3 months from cycling. My first session with Terrio in Tehachapi reduced pain significantly. If you’re in pain, make an appointment and see them - they’re Awesome!!

Great wellness program! My husband and I are doing the active summer challenge. It's so much better now that the program is centered around lifestyle changes and not a diet to start and stop. Thanks Tim for putting together such a great program!
