During My Visit Dear Terrific Massage Team, I hope this message finds you well. I recently visited your store on March 26th 2025 and I wanted to bring to your attention that I did not receive any customer service when I walked up to the door hit the grand opening. I was naturally expecting to receive at least an acknowledge my presence during my visit. Unfortunately, this lack of service left me feeling frustrated and unvalued.
Adriana was amazing! She listened to my needs and definitely delivered. Awesome massage from start to finish.
Very professional. I had a relaxing facial. Easy to book, and they didn't push me into adding extras.
I cannot recommend this place enough! I have had several massages here with different therapists who all tailored the sessions to exactly what I needed. Everyone from the front desk staff, to the therapists, to the owners are warm, welcoming, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this place! Very fair pricing, exceptionally clean and peaceful environment, and great customer service. Michael and Jen are fantastic for deep tissue and therapeutic massages. I will definitely be returning for more sessions!
