Called the phone number and asked if they had smog, yes but only during certain hours, is smog available now? Hold on let me check, minute later he said yes until 5pm. 10 minutes later I Arrived and they said no smog today, the phone people are not on location and don't have any real time info. Wasted some time driving there and waiting but the worst is looking back on that one minute. He made me wait.
This location ! I had terrible experience I waited for an hour and a half I pay for oil change in the Smoke check! And they did not do the smoke check! when I got home I noticed they did not do the smoke check! I came back and complain !they did not apologize they just told me to get in line again an wait??? after waiting for an hour before so i got on the phone an call corporate office!
