Absolutely great experience, the whole team was quick and efficient. Friendly and positive all around. I always go to a Terrible Herbst location for quicker oil changes but this one will be my go to from now on a bit drive for me.
Terribles should have a better system to hire people. I have 10+ years with car was service and I get a free drink with every wash I don’t always get that but today I tried to. Other nice employees give us the medium cup of coffee sometimes but this time this employee refused to give us the coffee that she ended up throwing in the trash instead of respect out membership and she refused to give us the the free drink. I have been here 5 times now. Very friendly staff. I am very happy with the service I got for both of my vehicles. Their coordinated procedures work great for getting all services done quickly and proficiently.
