I hate that I've been sick for 3 months straight but when my doctor ordered me to go there yesterday they took really good care of me and tried to find out what is wrong with me
Many thanks to the doctors, nurses and staff of 5 north for the amazing care and compassion they showed my wife on her recent stay. Their level of professionalism cannot be rivaled.
I went into the ER complaining of shortness of breath and chest pains. Within minutes I was taken in and had an EKG done and was put on oxygen. There was no waiting around and everyone was super nice. I was admitted to the fourth floor and immediately upon being wheeled into the room I was given the best care I've ever gotten at a hospital. worst experience there EVER ! was crying in pain ,but because my foot wasn't broken they couldn't give me anything but an ace bandage and told me to take Motrin ...IM A HAIRSTYLIST !! sorry but Motrin and a wrapped foot isn't going to make standing on my feet for hours any better. was pretty much told to just suck it up.
While hospitalized for a week and had a great experience with the staff. From head of department to housekeeping, I had wonderful service and was well taken care of
Would rather not comment. But I can say this. I will die before being a patient there.
I've been treated @ TGMC multiple times differnt test an surgeries am happy to say I'm alive today because of the good care of the nurses an doctor's that work their. God Bless
