The staff has been giving my father the wrong dosage of medication since he got admitted. Over a week ago. They also had a copy of all his records however they did not get reviewed to make sure he was getting the right medication. Also the charge nurse in charge of the 4th floor has been avoiding me for over 2 days now. Going to leave a message with Lisa in patient relations to see if she can assist.

Professional caring staff from Emergency Dept. to 5th floor personnel to Dietary Services to Housekeeping excellent life saving life giving hospital. Every time I asked, I was answered. Ì was also very fearful and that was acknowledged and I was cared for letting my fears go due to care from my Nurse and reassurance from my Dr. , Dr. Alain Chesnut and my Nurse Practitioner Julie Rhodes.
