we spent 5 hours in the ER yesterday with my daughter and I want to make sure that you know how much I appreciate the kindness of your staff. My daughter was very scared and they were nothing but smiles and helpful. They even pretended to put an IV on my daughter's teddy bear and even taped it up so they would match with green tape. It made me feel like I wasn't alone with a sick daughter. Thank you so much.
