The doctors and nurses here are great even with the long wait time sometimes. But the people who work the ER discharge desk need to brush up on manners and the law. As I was being discharged Monday I was told by the woman working the discharge desk that if I couldn't pay my estimated balance right then, then I should not return to TGMC for care in the future.. Sorry but I didn't happen to have an extra 700.00 on me. People don't plan to have to go to the ER. I was told to go to Chabert next time.. Sorry lady but no matter my... read more

I would NEVER BRING MY KID THERE!!! My brothers 6 month old baby had RSV for A WEEK and with the other illness she has they we're SUPPOSED to send her right away to oshner as soon as they found out but NO they chose to wait a week and 4 visits and let it turn into a bad case of pneumonia and that's when they finally decided to tell oshner!! PLEASE do NOT send your loved ones to these careless people!!
