RecommendedMost awful experience today at Terrebonne Ford automobile rental Center. I have rented a lot of cars throughout the years however this is the most rudest non -professional person I have ever dealt with. She is the kind of person who thinks that she is doing you a favor by renting you a car when is vice versa. In case any Terrebonne employers would like to know who the person is ,she was the person working the desk at 3:00 PM on Jan. 24, 2019. People deal with people who appreciate your business.
Chad Chaisson, excellent dealer and a great go getter. Great service and answered any questions in mind. Also, received the trade-in value of my old Toyota Tundra as expected and AWESOME deal on a new 2019 F-250. Just a great experience. Thank you Terrebone Ford, Chad Chaisson, and Hugh Do.

i first went to Terrebonne Ford right after my car accident at the beginning of October 2018 to purchase a vehicle. Anthony was a new employee and he went over and beyond to make sure I got the car that I wanted; one that was perfect for me and my children. A week later I drove off in my Chrysler 200!! The rest of the staff was also very helpful and friendly.
They become family by comforting the fears of the car buying process and making you believe in something you thought couldn’t happen the way you not only needed but wanted it to! The made my impossible not only possible but a magical experience ❤️ from this mommy and her two little ones, thank you for making it happen!
