The first incident occurred when my truck was brought in for a routine multi point inspection. Well, my battery terminal wasn't connected tight enough and my truck stalled going into a curve. thankfully, I'm not dead and here to write this post. Secondly, I bring my Mustang in to see about a fix for my AC not blowing cold. They kept my car all day and failed to call me to notify me that they would need to keep it for at least another 2 more days. Took my 2012 mustang in for an oil change and tire rotation. While i was there they also was able to change my recalled passenger side airbag. I didn’t have an appointment but they took mw anyway. will definitely be going back should the need arise. Thank y’all for being so helpful and courteous. Thank you Amanda. You get 5 stars from me.

I had an awesome experience at Terrebonne Ford. That sales staff and finance guys worked really hard at getting me deal I could live with. I look forward to dealing with the service department. The salesman ( Hunter Hadel ) introduced me to the people back in service and they were very welcoming!
