My experience was terrible. My son was sick and there was an empty ER. Empty! And the nurse over intake was dismissive, she was not empathetic in her behavior toward a 7 year old and was clearly given to her preconceived notions about who I was.
after seeing the way this place treated an 85 year old woman I wouldn't take a pet to be seen at regional its a desgrace for a hospital and y'all better hope a lawyer doesn't tell us we have a case or a lawsuit is coming we only had a small handful of good nurses but most of the nurses we delt with ignored us and was rude to us and no one done anything about it and the doctor is a quack and shouldn't have a licence this hospital and that doctor really messed up bad I'm not interested in speaking with your higher ups either s... read more

My dad was there for stroke rehab and we loved the nurses, especially Ron and Jack. They did an awesome job on him. All the therapists were great. We hated leaving but had to continue rehab somewhere else because of insurance.
Our special needs son received outpatient speech and occupational therapy for a number of years from Regional Hospital until that program was terminated in June of 2017. We absolutely loved our therapists and point towards that experience when describing many milestones our son has reached. We suffered a major billing headache just a few months ago that took some time to resolve -- but was resolved in an extraordinary way. Worst excuse for a hospital ever. My sister received the worst treatment possible during rehab from a stroke. Negligence by the staff caused her to have a broken bone in her foot and the hospital did next to nothing about it. After that the hospital began to use family to do the job they should have been doing. My sister would have been better off staying in a hotel. 0 stars
Absolutely great nurses and staff! I was in a bad situation a few months ago, and they made it soo much better! Also, I'd give them 5 stars, but for some reason, it won't let me 😠
I dont have any problems with this hospital excellent care by all the staff I've been a patient in this hospital three times in the last year I will continue coming to regional for all my hospitizatuons great work everyone
