I liked staying at this hotel; they had an awesome trendy atmosphere, the staff was relatively nice and the pool parties are amazing! The rooms are very clean; but can be small, and try to get a room with an ocean view. The only downside is this place is super expensive, and like most places in Miami Beach they charge an 18% gratuity on everything..
My partner and I booked a night at this hotel and were greeted by a rude staff and a urine puddle on the floor in our room. When we approached the staff about it we were not offered a resolution and left the hotel. We have contacted the corporate office several times about this issue and the puddle has now been blamed on us. We were in the hotel for less than an hour and charged for a full stay. This is a horrible hotel. AVOID IT AT ALL COSTS! There are much nicer, cleaner, and friendlier hotels in the SOBE area for the same... read more
My boyfriend and I stayed here for his birthday. Before reading further, let me start off by saying it wasn't an absolute horrible experience... It did have its positives and my boyfriend and I DID generally leave happy. However, there were some negative aspects to it. For starters, my check in time was at 4 o'clock. When I went to the front desk to get my room, the woman told me it wasn't ready yet (not her fault, but the actual woman at the front desk was a real sweetheart and kept me updated on the room at all times).
