Rod is a total scam artist. Stay away at all costs. He does not stand behind his work and I would very carefully read the fine print on his contact before signing. STAY AWAY FROM THIS GUY IF YOU WANT TO KEEP YOUR MONEY AND NOT HAVE HIM ADVISE YOU INCORRECTLY. My Mpls inspector said they have had several issues with this guy.
