Closed July 1. As seller, I did not select Terrain Title. As a military family, we have dealt with many closing companies, none of which have been as incompetent and unprofessional as Terrain. Despite having many weeks to prepare, Terrain waited until the last minute to request HOA documents and tried to pass rush charges on to me. After several rounds of them offering to decrease my water escrow instead of credit me for the rush fees, I did receive a credit.
