The staff at Terra Green worked me in quickly when I experienced swelling and tooth pain this week. Dr. Hoff was attentive and professional, took x-rays, and put me on antibiotics and pain pills. When I didn't improve after a couple of days, they worked me in yet again and referred me to an oral surgeon the same day. I was impressed that everyone took quick action. Thank you!
My visit yesterday was a very good experience. The friendly staff, the whole process of cleaning and exam was done very well by Terry. I would rate the entire process highly and will reccomend you to my friends.
Professional, Friendly, thorough, gentle, super clean, no high pressure. Great experience. I used to be a dental assistant for many dentists in the Kansas City area for 13 years. I've seen all types of offices and quality of work. I was impressed and very happy about Dr. Tom Hoff and his staff. Looking forward to my next cleaning in 6 months.
