My recent visit to TerraGreen Dental was my first - to establish new patient care and get in for my routine cleaning after moving to the Springfield area. I was so incredibly impressed with the entire staff's demeanor, genuine care for the patient, and willingness to take time to talk through what was going on - and this started from the very first phone call I placed to schedule the appointment! I just went to get a once every 4 month cleaning and Dental Hygienist check. I ran into Joan at my dentist, Dr. Hoff and he has been hiding Joan from me for good reason. No Joan did an Incredible job of cleaning my teeth and Joan knew my Dental history very well.
My experience coming to your office is always a positive one. I am always greeted with a smile, usually addressed by my name, and everyone is always friendly. Dr. Hoff is always a delight, as well. Even though going to "the dentist" is not my favorite thing to do, (because of my anxiety) your staff makes it a lot easier to do. I appreciate you all.
My experience at Terra Green with Hygienist Stacey was VERY GOOD, as always. All the ladies in the front office are always VERY FRIENDLY and accommodating. Also, my daughter always hated to go to a dentist, but now has no problem going to Terra Green!!!
Went in for the usual check up. I was treated great. The person who cleaned my teeth was courteous and did a great job. Really liked the cinnamon polish. I really like my dentist and his staff.
As usual, the experience was excellent!
