One star and that's being Generous. When I first moved in they told me not to open the cabinet with the water heater when I asked why it was so dirty and dusty, they said "you're supposed to keep that closed, don't open it." Someone told me later on who visited my apartment that it was dangerous and it could blow up. The water makes a weird noise when I turn on the faucet. EVERY time when I showered the water goes from HOT to COLD and I have to keep adjusting the knobs. Plus the water smells kinda NASTY. I told them there wa... read more
