I lived at Terraceview Apartments for 15 months from May, 2014 until August 2015. I have lived in a few different apartment complexes both before this complex and after, and Terraceview Has so far been my favorite complex I have ever called him. I can’t speak for how it is now, but when I live there management was incredibly friendly and maintenance was always willing to help with whatever I needed. I have lived here for two years and the only reason I am leaving is because I am tired of not having a dishwasher (I hate doing the dishes) and because I want a pet. The apartments are spacious, and although I live on the ground floor (partially also why I am leaving), I never hear my neighbors and the people upstairs are only occasionally loud. The noise is usually covered up by the air conditioner in the bedroom. Electric is relatively cheap in the summer even when running the air conditioner all the time and only gets up ... read more
They are the worst people who are trying to rip you off in anyway possible.
