There are several big perks, but also several huge cons. I'll start with the good: -I love the architecture, and also the fact that you can live in building with history, rather than just a big brick apartment complex. -The Management at the Leasing Office has always been very friendly and helpful. -I never had any issues with theft or any other sorts of crime. -Walking distance to nice places such as Harp and Dragon. Although the apartment manager is nice, and the apartments are beautiful and historic, I would not recommend living here unless if you don't mind the bad parking and paying mostly for a pretty apartment with a historical landmark sign in front of it. We were told that heat would be paid for by the Terraces...however we kept getting electric bills in excess of $300 despite turning off lights and appliances, not running the tv and vaccuum too much.. Turns out we still had to pay for the electric blower that blows the heat thro... read more
