I lived here for two years and it was a really good place to live. Tory was very nice and helpful and always responded quickly. I never had any issues.
They told us we had the most clean apartment they had ever seen moving out and still tried to steal most of our deposit. We asked about bad reviews at move in and they were very convincing about it being prior management, it was not. No issues other than them illegally stealing the deposit.
I lived at Terrace Trousdale for close to 6 years and had a fantastic experience. From day one Tory was prompt and communicative with every question or problem we ever had. All maintenance requests were dealt with quickly (mostly same day) and the apartment was dog friendly. The locker system for packages was a fantastic addition that was great for ease of mind when having packages delivered. I highly recommend terrace Trousdale for the great location, fantastic apartments, and most of all superb management.
