I love living here, the staff are incredibly helpful and everyone is so friendly. The facilities are always spotless and well maintained. Recently renewed my lease; I'm planning on living here for a long time!
Best place to live in the CVille area!! I'm sad to have had to move away to be closer to work because I loved living at Terrace Greene! The staff go way above and beyond for their tenants. From Lee helping to move in my couch to all the activities in the clubhouse to the birthday goodie bag left on my door, these guys are truly amazing! I can't recommend TG enough, I'm truly thankful I got to spend a year in this awesome community! ���

We were apprehensive about apartment life at first.......I can say that Terrace Greene has squashed any thought about that. We LOVE where we live. The staff is more of extended family now. And when I say they go above and beyond...I mean it. Plus, we have made so many friends. It really is carefree living. No yard work, no maintenance and it doesn't hurt it has one of the best pools around. Love you Guys!
Just moved in today and I cant be more excited! The staff at Terrace Greene are very friendly and helpful. Danielle has been very proactive in helping me find an apartment that would cater the needs of me and my family. Looking forward to meeting my nieghbors.
