RecommendedTerrace Greene is an extremely safe, friendly, and accommodating place to live. The kind office staff & maintenance crew do an exceptional job taking care of both the property and the residents! They plan monthly events like craft nights, trivia evenings, taco night, breakfast on the go, and pool parties to name a few. They put out a monthly newsletter with helpful information. The staff is the best so friendly, helpful & easy to work with! Our apt. Was very clean when we moved in also there is so much to do here & nice for walking The other people that live here are also very friendly & polite
We’ve lived here for almost 2 years. I really couldn’t ask for more from an apartment complex. Nice staff, prompt and friendly maintenance guys, quiet apartments where you never hear your neighbor, safe streets you can walk at any time of the day or night, etc. I’m very particular with where I live and I don’t like my home life being negatively affected, and that has never happened while living here.
Terrace Greene Apartments is an amazing facility and helps you with all your housing needs and not only with your needs, but they have also partnered with us to refill the Blue Ridge Food bank and a great friendly place that loves giving back to you and the community! Thank you for all you do!
My wife and I moved in at the beginning of April. The staff and community have been amazing!! Was recommended by previous tenants and it was the best advise I have been given.
Living here is amazing! The staff is friendly/ professional and give you a true feeling of community! The apartments are perfect and comfortable, I wouldn’t want to have my family anywhere else. So blessed to call this place our home.
Was not wild about the price at first, I am not going to lie. But oh my god is it worth it. The staff is ridiculously, insanely Awsome. The matenice staff is so perfect( especially Dave) , I keep thinking they are joking but it keeps getting better. My two bedroom apartment floorplan works so well with my day to day life. If you figure out there is a opening here you should take it asap
Home is where the heart is, and Terrace Greene is definitely home. Staff are friendly/professional, neighbors are welcoming, and I love my apartment. I’ll be staying here until I move out of Charlottesville.
This is an awesome place to live.
