The current Manager (Anthony) is very rude. I don't recommend staying here. Save yourself the trouble. Plumbing is always an issue. Also, if you have issues with Manager, he will turn on you. Owner of the building (Susan) doesn't care. If you text or email her about your issues regarding the manager, she will not respond. Building manager is 👎 I saw him being very rude to my neighbors.

I like the Alvarado Terr apartment. It's in a safe neighborhood, and I felt very relaxed while I lived there. One of the most appealing aspects of this place is its excellent location, offering easy and quick access to a wide range of amenities such as grocery stores, diverse restaurants, reliable public transportation, and plenty of entertainment options—all just a short walk or drive away. Also, the manager, Anthony, is a great person—he’s always willing to help if you have any issues.
My wife and I lived there for a while. The apartment boasts an unbeatable location, an outstanding classic look, and a terrific manager, Anthony. Despite being far from our home country, we felt at home in this place, thanks to Anthony’s warmth. I strongly recommend this place if you are seeking a quiet, classy, and accessible location.
