Location over bay is beautiful and the balcony is a nice place to take pics or sit. The room is beautiful and the bed comfy. I did find many things not user friendly and the desk gladly wrote them down to share with management. The TV & dresser should be located on the wall across from the bed and couch to avoid window lighting and better viewing. More room outlets by one side of the bed accessible would be nice and a lamp with an easier to reach switch. The shower is beautiful but could use a hand wand, grab bar and shelves... read more
Great room and great staff
This hotel completely exceeded my expectations. Bobbie at the front desk was an absolute doll during check-in and set the tone for an amazing stay. My room was super clean, updated, and actually functional (rare). The views… insane. I had dinner at Freshwater Tavern and the Ahi tuna crunch bowl was unreal even though the whole menu looked stacked. I’ll absolutely be staying here again.
