Pool area and pool were pretty nasty but rooms were clean. Staff was very polite and friendly. the e-bikes and kayaks were an awesome complimentary perk that made up for the dirty pool in my opinion they were both more fun than swimming anyways!

Great location and views, and a good yet overpriced restaurant attached. The rooms on the old side were shabby, bubbling paint on the tables, nicks and scratches on the paint on the walls, and a VISIBLY dirty mattress under the sheet. My desk chair was broken and they did replace that quickly for me. The Pool and Spa area was a joke, not renovated, and smelled very strongly of chlorine, yet still had green algae in the pool and hot tub- and the hall down to the sauna was also dirty and funky. This place is above and beyond expectations! The room itself, the huge balcony, the view of the bay, the bed and bed linens, the restaurant and the coffee/breakfast. Cannot recommend this enough. If you're in this area, be sure this is your stay!
